Organising and practicing for the first singing performance of the year is well under way. I’ve been practicing some of the songs in the car on the way to work (my own performance of Dido’s Lament had me in tears this morning… I leave you to decide whether because it was so bad or so sad) and the programme is coming together. I’m looking forward to it – Deborah Hewertson-Tisdall and I will be doing several duets and both of us a range of solos from the times of Elizabeth I to Elizabeth II, in a variety of languages.
I’m afraid I haven’t yet worked out how to make this flyer bigger, and it’s really time I went to bed as I have work tomorrow – pity as this is so much more fun to sort out!
