Coffee Genius, Carlisle – an evening of song (along the lines of Les Mis. to Monteverdi as performed at Capernaum bistro, Brampton) – date to be finalised but sometime September/October
November – when St Aidan’s church, Carlisle, re-opens following having been flooded in December 2015, Eight + 1 will be heading the programme in a special concert
Good Friday 2017 – Two Red Heads and… are going to be singing Pergolesi’s beautiful Stabat Mater (the entire work). We aim to offer this to at least two churches and hope to be able to have string and basso continuo accompaniment (let’s hope we can make it Two Red Heads and a String Quartet…)
And… ideas for a choir competition in aid of charity… all will become clear soon!
