Bella wanted to stay with me on Saturday night (it was David’s weekend to have the children). She came round in the evening and started being very helpful around the house. This continued the next morning when I was brought a cup of tea in bed and I then heard her emptying the dishwasher (did I go downstairs to help out? No.). It all then fell very quiet. After a while I started wondering what was going on – and went downstairs to find her doing the ironing!!!
